ARIZONA: NEW PEOPLE CORRESPONDENT: As promised, The New People editorial team will continue to focus attention on the alleged scamming of a grieving Sierra Leonean woman in by Alieu Iscandari and his partner William Howell. We would like to draw quick attention to the ethical record of Alieu Iscandari's partner before we continue to present more information regarding Alieu Iscandari's alleged role in the alleged scam.

Following is part of the disciplinary record of William Howell as contained in public records maintained by the Arizona State Bar. Readers are welcome to independently review this September 2007 public document for themselves so that they can get a sense of the attorney who is alleged to have colluded with Alieu Iscandari in allegedly scamming a grieving Sierra Leonean woman of most of her compensation.

In our next installment, we will share with readers letters written by Mr. William D. Howell to Mrs Kadiatu Kamara on the matter. We will get back shortly to giving readers more evidence on Alieu Iscandari's alleged unethical acts regarding the case. We would first like to deal with his partner who is alleged to have shipped off most of expected compensation payment to Alieu Iscandari in Sierra Leone and elsewhere.
